Coping with an Affair?

You may have just discovered that your partner has had an affair, or you may have had an affair yourself and are now wanting to figure out where to go from here.

First, we figure out a way to help manage the emotions that may be impacting your ability to get through a day and be your ‘normal’ self.  Then, I can help guide a productive conversation about the betrayal.  Finally, if both partners decide they do want to stay together and heal from the affair together, we work on acceptance and developing a new relationship.  We will come up with a way for you both to continue on in the relationship with a basic trust that this kind of betrayal will not happen again.
